This lot is a big mess and has been reported. It is just west of the OPD NE Precinct, off 31st Ave & Taylor near Ames and right next to the North Omaha Transit Center (which looks great). With all the wind and the amount of debris, it will be dispersed by the time either the city or American National Bank (owners of lot) get it taken care of.
