The wind this year has created litter and trash along many street corridors. UNO's Glacier Creek Preserve would love some help cleaning up the area from N. 148th to 144th & State Street along the north side of State St. Weather looks good for Jan. 29th, 3-4pm.

We'll have our big orange street signs letting traffic know that there is a litter cleanup! Meet near the entrance to the Preserve and we will work facing traffic. This will be in a ditch area so steady feet and legs are a must. Please wear good outdoor shoes and dress for the weather. We'll have all the supplies including buckets, bags, grabbers, safety vests, and reusable gloves. You may want to bring your own warmer winter gloves and water. Snow or change in the weather will postpone the event. Make a Difference!
