We were going to take a week off, but a special request came in. This east central area is VERY littered and after checking in with mobsters this past Saturday, when asked ‘is this too much?’ the answer was: "Heck no! If we don’t do it, who will?”  We’ve been out quite a bit so please take care of you first. If you can show up we super appreciate it! (As does the earth and this neighborhood).

Where: S. 28th & Mason  (meet there and work toward Leavenworth or Pacific St)

Why: Special request plus it is a mess.

Supplies provided or bring your own. We always supply bags! There may be the possibility of teaming up to nab recyclables.

Access to this narrow street can be made from off of Martha St. or Leavenworth. There is on street parking along side streets.

We will be picking up litter/ trash from the area next to curb & fence along the west side of 28th S street between Pacific and Leavenworth. We will not be working the off ramp area. Small kiddos can sit this one out, but we welcome kids 10 & older.

There will not be as much walking…you can stand in one place and pick up for a bit.
